To connect a DHL-Account for automated return processing, go to “Shop” and "DHL-Retoure". Now, enter your DHL credentials and select your return location.
The next step is to set up your shipping address in your Otto channel. For that, go into "Channels", select Otto and then go into the settings.
Don't forget to click "Save" and you are all set!
